Tractor Details:
The tractor was in running condition but still we planned for a total restoration of all components. After disassembling the tractor, a complete engine overhaul, which included a new crank shaft, pistons, bearings, and valve train, was done. We rebuilt the injector the pump and injectors. Then the clutch and the two-speed hi-low was rebuilt and all bearings and seals inside the transmission were replaced. We replaced final drive bearings and set new clearances to tolerance. We rebuilt the hydraulic system and steering and replaced all electrical harnesses and components. Next, we focused on a total cab rebuild, by removing every part and refurbishing and replacing them. Then, we prepped the whole tractor for paint by sand blasting or walnut blasting and priming it with John Deere buff yellow primer. We then applied two coats of John Deere Classic Green and Yellow Paint and finished the tractor off with original John Deere decals.
