Tractor Details:
I cleaned the engines, valves and spark plug holes. Checked the connector rod bearings, camshaft, and crankshaft and they were in good shape. Put a new fan belt on, checked engine compression. Made adjustments to timing gear. Had to switch out rear end housing from donor tractor due to crack in my housing requiring tractor to be broke in half and flipped over requiring fabrication of support legs. Rear end housing completely emptied and transmission and final drive completely gone thru. Replaced clutch disk, threw out bearing. Cleaned brake drums, cages, pressure plate, pilot bearings and more. Cut out gaskets. Rebuilt the carburetor, cleaned governor, new contact point put on magneto, field terminal on generator. Weld and repair many issues from PTO lever and down to seat support. Unstuck coupler on shaft and the starting crank. Cleaned and repaired the hydraulic pump and valve unit. Used bondo and hand sanding on smaller parts. Sand blasted, primer and painted the entire tractor.
