Tractor Details:
When I got my tractor I took a lot of pictures, and I ordered books to read about the tractor. Lots of pressure washing and draining of fluids was next. The sheet metal was the first to come off. I completely disassembled the tractor, starting with the engine and working my way to the rear. As it came apart, I looked at the fluids and parts for clues on condition. The rear end had a lot of water in it. The engine oil was not too bad the oil and water had separated. Parts were inspected for wear, rust, and pitting. If they did not have one of those three problems, then we put them back into service. All of the bearings showed rust, so we replaced them all. All seals were replaced. Next, parts were ordered. I had lots of cleaning to complete before reassembly could begin. I followed the service manual and reassembled the tractor. Parts were then prepared for paint. After everything was painted, we fired it up, lastly decals were installed.
